How can I start skiptracing?

We have 2 options depending on if you provide a list of URLs or a list of property addresses.

Each address obtained from a URL undergoes thorough  verification, which can affect turnaround times. While the skip tracing  process may take 3-7 days per 100 listings, you'll receive results you can  trust, giving you greater confidence in your outreach.

What contact information does your service provide?
We provide the owner's name, phone, and email. If the property is registered under an LLC, we will provide you with a list of names, phone numbers and emails for registered members of the company.
Are there any requirements?
Yes.

1. You need to be logged in to upload a file. Membership is free. You can signup here.

2. Files must be in XLSX format.

3. Files must contain a single column with the header of 'Address', with all addresses under this column.

3. All addresses must follow the format of:
[Street Address], [City], [State], [Zipcode]
Example: 3602 Scott St, Houston, TX 77004
Is there a minimum number of listings needed in order to skip trace?
At least 10 listings are needed in order to skiptrace, and no more than 50 listings can be processed at a time.
Can you provide contact information for people other than STR property owners?
We can, however that has yet to be implemented through the website. You can reach out to us directly if you need something that isn't listed on our site.
What do I do if I run in to any issues?
You can contact me via phone, email, or chat between 8AM to 4PM CST on weekdays.
There is a built-in chat function in the user dashboard. It connects directly to me.
